Your question suggests you have a current Facebook account that's different from a previous Facebook account.

Facebook's Terms of Service [Sec. 1.6] prohibits more than 1 account. If signing in to your old accountt doesn't work, it may be because of your new account. If you have no interest in keeping the new account, try deleting it.
