Return Money On My Account Fromn Facebook/cittyvile !!

Hello, how do i get my money back from citivile ? My 9 old year old son accidentally bought some coins for his cittyville. For some time ago i bought him some credit on cityvile with my mastercard nr 8614 I did'n't know that facebook stored my data !!! So now my son payd 2 times 80 euro !!! Pleasy help my to get my money back !!! Kind regards, Wim Eppinga, The Netherlands.
