Why Unothorised Money Is Coming Out Of My Account

Hello Facebook accounts,I placed an advert on my Author fan page from 21st September to the 26th September for 6 days at $5.00 per day. The money $30.00 was withdrawn from my bank account on the 29th September 2013, which was correct. As far as I was concerned, this was my campaign finished.On the 5th October another $30.00 was withdrawn from my bank account, this was definitely not authorized. When I checked into my page, I could see the campaign was still going. I tried to stop it, but couldn't find where this could be done, so I cancelled that whole campaign. I am hoping this has now stopped and would like my money refunded to my account, also any further campaign costs incurred after the 26th September. Also please check and make sure the campaign has stopped. I was vary careful when ordering my advert, so I am sure I did not go back in and order another advert. Please help me with this as I don't want any further monies to come out of my account.I am battling financially at the moment, and do not need this. Please replace the money into my account. I look forward to your prompt reply.
