How Do I Get Pictures Of My Son Removed From My Ex's New Girlfriends Profile

I have a son who is 4 with my ex partner the ex now has a new girlfriend and she is posting pictures of my son on her Facebook and using them as her cover photo I have asked her on numerous occasions to take them down she has refused and saysshe has my ex's permission I have my son full time he spends 2 nights with my ex a month I just want my child's privacy respected
