If you've updated your email address and password, you log in as usual, with the new data.

I would request you to follow the steps below to logout from your old account first:

The option to log out of your account is located in the account dropdown menu at the top-right corner of Facebook. So please logout of Facebook and login by using your new Facebook account, which may fix the issue.
