No Access To My Account

I can not get into my account. The header comes up but the tools afe frozen. I get a otherwise blank screen and can not log out ! Help please. This has been 23 days now !

Sorry for your problems. The issue probably stems from an outdated browser or overloaded cache. A good first step is to clear your cache and cookies—see your browser's help section if you don't know how—and restart your computer.
