I Can't Access My Facebook! Help

i cannot access my Facebook account, I had deactivated it and its reactivated but I don't know the email address I used because I always signed n with my phone number. Now I have a new number and when I try to signin using my old number it says someone else is using the phone number. What can I do to be able to get back in my Facebook.

If you're told incorrectly that someone else is using your phone number your account may be hacked. Submit https://www.facebook.com/hacked. Otherwise, submit the form at: https://www.facebook.com/login/identify?ctx=recover.
