Why Can't I Access My Page Or My Friends?

I've been on facebook successfully for about three weeks. Suddently when I want to manage my business page or want to send an email to a friend, I get a hang with the on screen box "Loading..." and that continues without change. This has gone on for about 5 days, I've reported it to FB cust service but no fix or comms.
