My Accnt. Was Locked, How Do I Get My Accnt. Unlocked?

Facebook locked my accnt. i no longer have the phone number for the text code they want to send me to varifiy my accnt. how do i get them to unlock my accnt. ???

You can request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the login page.
