One Account And One Ad. Want Two Seperate Passwords. How?

I have a personal Facebook account and then added an "ad" for a non-profit. I have to use the same password for both accounts. I don't want my other non-profit administrators to have access to my personal account through my password. How do I get two passwords - one for me and one for the non-profit?
