My Account Disappeared And My Page Is My Previous Work' S Page?

i was sending a message to a friend then i noticed my profile name changed and i was directed to a page that i was one of the admins in previously. now it became my profile page, whenever i log in , im directed to this. when i ask friends to search for me , they say that they cant access my profile and it says unavailable. i need to get my account back!!
