Account Locked And Requesting Id

I am the Program Manager at Kings County Department of Child Support Services. We have a Facebook account under the name Kings DCSS. Our user name is email address Our account became locked and we have been unable to unlock it. We have changed the password, but the account is still locked and we receive a message asking us to upload a copy of our photo ID. Is this appropriate, since we are a government agency and not a personal account? Who's photo ID do you require? Will my Kings County Employee ID be sufficient? Or do I have to upload my Driver's License?
