How Can I Get An Account Reactivated After Someone Deactivated It?

On Sunday, Jan 23, 2011, someone first changed my account password, and then deactivated my account. By the time I found the email notifications stating these actions were taken, I was unable to either click or paste the link in the password change email, which was there in case I thought I was the victim of a compromised account.   I have written to facebook, several times. I have tried having a password reset email sent to me, but one never arrived, and I requested one several times.  I have tried entering my account email addresses, my username URL, and also friends' names on my account, all to no avail. I keep getting sent to "Request password reset", and that email just never arrives. It is not in my Junk folders, it is not in either email account associated with my profile, and nor does my ISP have email traffic from facebook blocked. Since someone else chose to change my password, and then deactivate my account, I would have thought I would receive more prompt and satisfactory service than I have to date. I have paid money to play one of the games on Facebook, and have a balance of yocash (the game is YoVille) on my game account there. I have reached high levels in each of the 3 games I play there, and have several hundred friends there.  I am tired of being sent automated messages which do not address my specific situation, and do not offer satisfactory steps to regain control of my own account.
