You can sign in and choose either account you want to close and under your "Account Settings", you can click on the "Security Settings" and then choose the "Deactivate your account" on the bottom.

Then it will direct you to another page where you get to answer a whole set of other questions.

If you want to deactivate temporarily then click on the "This is temporary, I'll be back"
