Since You Have Changed Facebook I Cannot Log Off. My Computer Is Running Slow.

This is a 3rd party help site, not Facebook support (so bear with me). Facebook support is not directly reachable.
Your web browser was most likely told to automatically remember your passwords. this causes it to log you in automatically every time you open the Facebook site.
You'll need to erase the stored passwords and disable the feature to stop it.

It may also help to clear out the browsers local cache file.

Once this has been done shutting down the browser or rebooting the PC will log you out of Facebook.
