How Can You Contact Face Book Directly?

Their help center is useless. They don't even respond back. And from other responses I've read, sounds like I'm not the only one. I have one SIMPLE problem that could be easily fixed over the phone in 30 seconds. And instead, I've been waiting for a response over 2 weeks, and doubt they will ever respond. They seem to hide behind this "help center", it totally irritates me!
