Contact Profile Pictures Gone From My Smartphone No One Can Help.

I keep getting its a 3rd party app and we don't deal with them. You need to contact face book. There is no one I can talk too. I had my friends profile pics synced to my Samsung S5 then 3 days later they are gone. ATT will not assist me because of the 3rd party app. I'm so frustrated that I;m ready to close my face book acct.

There are few things you can try

Clear cache from the app in question (applies to Android Smartphones). Settings > Apps > Downloaded > appname > clear cache
Uninstall and reinstall the app in question - applies to all smartphones
Delete your Facebook account from the Smartphone and re-add it after
