Some One Has Created An Account With My Information. Can You Block That Person.

Some one has used my information, like my name, my family name, my studies, date of birth and other information. he has tried and added some of my friends and today I even realized that he has downloaded my profile picture and has used that for his account. he has sent a message with my name to my brother and gave him a wrong number of me. he has tried to add once again those my friends who has ignired him. Now if you check fb, you will see there is 2 Mahnaz Sepehrmanesh with the same information, even the same profile picture. Can you please block that person? I can show you any document to prove that I'm the real Mahanz. I think he wants to make trouble for me.
