Discouraged

I've been penalize 3 times for asking for friend request.They said iwas going to fast. But the people I'm requesting are family members and friends and people that has the same entrest as me. I am not violating face book. How can i get these penalties removed? It;s very discouraging!

If you try to request too many people in a short period of time, Facebook will automatically detect the activity as spam. The best bet is to slow down and maybe ask friends and family to add you instead. Also, don't just add ANYBODY who has the same interests as you - many facebook users will not add people they do not personally know and will report you for trying to add them repeatedly.
