Email Recently Removed From Account

I would like some advice please,my laptop had a major malfunction.having purchased another i can no longer access my email. Please can you assist with this matter. Many thanks.

Hi, kindly provide as much information as you can so that we can help you. Can you get online at all with your new laptop? If not, you probably need to configure your laptop with your network settings so that it can connect to your Internet service provider.

If you can get online, and you can access other websites but you just can't check your email, pleae provide the email service that you use (Yahoo!, Gmail, etc.) as well as the error message that you are getting.
