yes i bought facebook credits on farmville they charged my debit card but never gave me my credits and say they do not have any record of it and i can not get a hold of them

If your payment was not honored, your best course may be to dispute the charges with your credit/debit card provider. You can also complain to the California Dept. of Consumer Affairs, at 916-445-1254.
