Just go to your email.facebook will send notification that your facebook account has been disabled Uploading video due to i copy right violation and follow the link that was given.and boom!you;ve just reactivated your ability to upload videos.just make sure that nest time you'll uplaod video not to violate the video copy right. i hope this'll help.
