Facebook No Longer Recognizes My Birthday And I Can't Get Into My Account.

Facebook no longer recognizes my birthday and I can't get into my account. I've e-mailed their customer service, but it has 2 weeks and I haven't received a response. I can't even cancel the account and start a new one because I can't get into my original account. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
