Facebook Photo Security Nightmare

Tried to login to facebook from a laptop instead of desktop. Was shown numerous photos of "friends" to identify to make sure I was who I am. Honestly, I have hundreds of friends of friends of friends. I flunked all the questions and it kicked me off. It has been a week and I can't log on. No one to call. What do I do? This is the dumbest security feature I have ever seen. Whatever happend to: What was the name of your first pet? Thanks.
