This could be because your email address starts with something generic like info@ or webmaster@. Since these email addresses are typically used for organizations and businesses, Facebook won’t allow them to be used for personal Facebook accounts. Here are three suggestions:
  1. Try signing up for Facebook with your personal email address.
  2. Or you could log in with an alternate email address you may have registered with Facebook.
  3. Finally, you could try using your username (ex: https://www.facebook.com/username) and password to log in. If you don't know your username, ask a friend to go to your profile (timeline) and find it for you.
