Fb App On Dishnet

I can't activate FB app on my Dih Hopper. I used code on proivded by FB app and successfully connected on Facebook.con/device site, but the Hopper does nlt become enabled. Can anyone help. I treid calling Dishnet, but they could not help...told me it was a Facebook problem.
