Fb Insists My Password & Ph Wrong Even Tho I Just Changed Them & Fb Sms Me!

This morning I changed my sms bc FB wanted my password but said my usual one was wrong. I changed both email and password 3 times since then but FB still say they are wrong. Just now they had me put in my mobile nb and they sms'd me 2 seconds ago with a log in link and when I get to that link, FB said my mobile nb was not existant on their site even tho they just sms'd me!
