My Friend Just Died And Now My Inbox Is Blocked. :(

I am grieving the death of a friend RIGHT NOW that just happened last week and only just found out on Saturday. I have been contacting her other friends and my family to let them know. This was a friend that was in out family for over 10 years. The family contacted us because they are trying to decide what to do with her child. Now my inbox is blocked for god knows how long and I am unable to talk privately about her and the child. :( The help center on Facebook won't even let me post my problem there, I have been going back and forth for an hour trying to post my problem.... I am crying so hard right now! :( I can not find any way to email facebook directly, please... I don't know what else to do.
