Hello there.I would like to know if there is a possibility of contacting online a fb admin regarding a block that i received regarding the friend request feature..

Sorry, not possible. Facebook support has sequestered themselves in such a way to make direct contact impossible. Your best bet is to use the online help to try and find a solution. https://www.facebook.com/help/?tab=browse

Also try turning off and web filters or safe browsing features on your browser. They can frequently break features on all sorts of web sites.
