You should first try to clear your browser history and temporary internet files. If using Firefox, you can do this by going to Tools -> Clear Private Data. In Internet Explorer you would go to Tools -> Internet Options. If this doesn't work, you should lower your browser's privacy settings to the minimum level you feel comfortable with. Disabling antivirus programs you currently have running can also help speed up recurring connection issues. Lastly, if none of this works and you happen to be connecting wirelessly, try directly connecting the ethernet cable to your computer to see if that moves your connection and therefore loading times any faster.
