Got A New Phone Tried To Set Up My Facebook !

But it wouldnt let me access my password had to create a new one now it created a new page. Don't want another page want my current page back. Please help me.my email is com can u help me thank you. Original f/b acct. is

First log in to your facebook using your phone browser
Dont logout then go to the facebook application and try to log in again
If you still can not log in then you must clear the CACHE of the facebook application and try again
