Hacked - Face Book Took Down My Site. How Do I Start Over?

I tried to do a new one but because I have the one and only email address, they say it is already taken. Ya, it is mine!

I could probably be of more help if you'd provided details on why Facebook "took down" your site, and what exact action Facebook took. With what you've related, the easiest solution is to create a new email address, which you can do at no cost using a service like Yahoo or Gmail. You can instruct Gmail to send all messages to another email address (see Gmail's Settings menu).
