Help With Flash Player

every thing I try to look at on my facebook homepage it tells me to "get Flash Player" I downloaed it and all of a suuden this keeps popping up.

Sorry you're having problems. Your browser's security settings may be interering with the operation of Flash. In most browsers those are accessible via F1.
