If you believe your account has been hacked but your login email address is useable, you can secure your account by resetting the password from this page, or by selecting the "Forgot your password?" link that appears above the password field on the login page. An email will be sent to you with steps for completing the process.

If your account has been hacked and the login email on your account has also been compromised or changed by the hacker, you may send Facebook information about the account so Facebook can look into the issue and possibly restore access. Click here to submit your report.

The above is based on this Facebook page, which you might wish to consult for further guidance.

If this is your Facebook account you will have no trouble getting it back due to Facebook's brilliant safety system. Change your password and apologize for it, and explain what happened.
