Help Please I Have Not Received Any Emails Or Log In Details But Have An Account

I had started to apply a few years ago then cancelled out of Facebook. Last week I was able to log in AND UPDATE MY PAGE without supplying a password, so I didn't know what the password was AS i WAS ALREADY IN.  I have been trying to ascertain a new password but I haven't received any emails whatsoever since I joined up, nor from others contacting me.  Are my emails going to someone else?  Where are the emails going? Also tried sending new password to my mobile that is not working either. I have not received any SMS, text or phone call or anything at all. Desperate to get back onto Facebook.  Help Please.  Thanks so much. Josie
