After Hucked Lost My Acount???????

After an allert sign that my acount was hack by someone from Indonesia,trying all directions i lost my acount. I have not any chance to have it back,WHY?????? I waste my time to create my profile and now i have to start a new one? I think that someone can HELP those persons who be hucked
