I've Not Been Able To Login For Days Now It Keeps Telling Me I Need To Verify Wh

I keep getting a message about my identity I've verified this before but now it says i'm sending to many request in a short time i'd really like to get back on here can someone please help

Facebook has apparently determined that you were performing that activity at a rate that it considers likely to be abusive. Facebook will typically lift the block within a few days. In the meantime there's unfortunately nothing you can do.
