I Have Been Locked Out Of My Account And Am Unable To Upload A Photo.

I have tried to upload a copy of my drivers liscens to gain access to my facbook account but is unable to get the photo to upload. I have went through all the tips and seems to have everything correct but still can not get in. Can you help.
