Locked Out. All Devices Unknown. Log On Approval Was Turned On. No Phne On Acct

I can't log into facebook through any of my once known devices including my cell. I am being told to log in from a known device but I can't. I'm being prompted to change password over and over. Also being told log in approvals was turned on but my account has no phone listed on it...How do I get back in?? Please Help
