In the new account, add a new email address, you confirm it by typing your password of the new one. Wait the confirmation email from FB; check whether the new email is already added in that new account. Only after the new email is added by FB on your new account, then you proceed by pointing the new email as your primary email with FB. After you see that the new email is indeed the primary email of your new account, then and only then, delete the old email from that new account.
