I Can Not Log Onto My Facebook Account From Any Device Nor Change My Password?

All devices tell me that I have tried too many passwords. I can not log in from any device, and I tried changing my passord, but each time it tells me the new passord is wrong. How can that be possible? it sends a code to my cell phone for me to get to the "change password" screen, but now it says the code is incorrect, and facebook just now sent it to me. How can that be possible? I am so frustrated and I cant find any way to contact Facebook.
