How Log Into My Normal Facebook With My Cell Phone Number When It Doesn't Work??

I log into my Normal Facebook account using my cell number and not an email , I put the wrong email for my Facebook account and don't remeber it . Now I can't log in to my Facebook with my cell phone it says the number isn't registered but on my Messenger app it says I'm logged into my normal account with my phone number under my name and profile pic . I have already tried the 3 friends with the code and it hasn't worked , also I tried the email that he government i.d and i don'thave the email associated with my account . PLEASE HELP I don't wanna make another Facebook account
