Cannot Login, Asking For Anwers To Security Questions Cannot Answer What Do I Do

Facebook says a suspicious login attempt was conducted on my account and they are now asking for 5 security steps to access my account. The problem is they want to verify my mobile number which I no longer have and I can't get past this security step to login. What are my options and who can I contact?
