Cant Login, Cant Confirm My Identity ???

Facebook was blocked by a firewall at my work, so i tried to login hidding my identity and changed my password. Ever since I cant login, i ask for facebook to send me a security code to my email and it doesnt work, I cant confirm my identity , so i cant use my account this has been happening for a week.

Try logging in using the same computer and tools as you used when you logged in last time, now change your password. This should work.
