Looking For Help With Facebook Loading And Display Problems.

I'm having difficulty with Facebook loading and displaying properly. It doesn't matter if it's the log-in page, my wall, or the help center. Everything looks the same, strapped to the bare bones and barely functioning. I cleared all browsing history, temp files, and cookies. Upgraded both Explorer and Mozilla to the most recent versions. I also ran full scans with Norton and Adaware and neither came up with anything. I just don't have a clue on this one. Can someone please help me? Thanks.
