New Password And Code,,,

i was lockedout of my facebook account,,,i received a code and new password,,,still get a blank page,,,ive tried everything ,,help center,,,,,filing a report,,,wont show report page,,,,,still goes to blank page ,,cant report it,,,it wont work....on any help site for facebook,,,,help,,,,,
