Okay -----i Have Not Just Been 'hacked' Have Been Hijacked Someone Hired An It

expert to hack into all my emails even old and long forgotten...and change all of my recovery answers and such delete my phone #s and change my setting and ond such on both my facebook and ALL email accounts. have zero control and find a way to AT least recover my Fb ----- recently even changed my phone CHAnGed q but me damnit---- please help its been 3 momths figure it out
