Pass Code Reset

I keep asking for a code to reset my pass word to my Facebook 2. I keep getting all this nonsense but still haven't receive a code yet. 3. What's the problem I have sent a email and cell number to send it too. 4. Is this site a joke cause its not any help at all disappointed totally with Facebook
