Can't Get Password To Work Or Change It

I was logged onto facebook the website did some blinking and going in and out when it finally came back on I was still logged in, but when I tried to log in a second session it would not accept my password. I have tried changing my password and that won't work. I don't get any answers or help to my alternate email which is [email protected] since my password to facebook is the same password to my yahoo.com I cannot get my email from there. I am very frustrated why this is happening, I would like to use my facebook account. I have been trying since the 5th of July and have not got anywhere. Thank you
