How Can I Post The Same Content In Different Languages From Facebook Pages?

My client has outlets all over the world and has one Facebook page but can publish content for different regions and langauge interface but can I post my content in English and have it published in different languages using an APP?

I am working on a similar issue for one of my clients.

The approach I am testing is using Twitter to send out my branded message in many languages to drive traffic to the companies web-site and Facebook page.

I am also playing with having a multi-lingual site with a bit of content released in the different languages.

When I surf the web internationally using Google's Chrome browser it asks if I would like to translate a page. Most people who are surfing the web internationally should be able to translate a page.
